Sunlight Nails appreaciates in advance the respect for our time and flow to the day, your fellow clients time and most of all your time. . Therefore, at least a 24 hour notice is needed for any cancellations or rescheduling you’d like for your appointment. If any of the previous stated requests are done in less than 24 hours a 50% fee of the reserved service amount will be charged and we can reschedule. Last minute cancelletions the day of your appointment will be charged a 100% fee for the reserved service amount. A “No Show/No Call” will be charged a 100% fee for the reserved service amount. Appointment times are fixed and after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment start an automatic cancellation will occur and a fee will be applied with consideration. If any fees are incurred we cannot schedule further appointments until they are paid. These policies are considered agreed to when scheduling an appointment.
