Aesthetic Remedies Med Spa is a woman-owned, nurse-led medical aesthetics and wellness practice located in Cottage Grove, MN, founded in August 2022 by Connie Smith, RN. With 30 years of nursing experience, including 27 years in traditional clinical nursing, Connie brings a deeply patient-centered, safety-first, and results-driven approach to aesthetic medicine. Originally launched as a mother-daughter practice, Aesthetic Remedies continues forward as a solo practice as of December 20, 2025, as Connie’s daughter, Sophia, transitions into traditional nursing to further expand her clinical experience. Connie now personally provides a full range of aesthetic services including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, custom facials, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, microneedling, and PRP/PRF regenerative treatments, with dermaplaning being added following certification in January 2026. Services such as lash extensions, waxing, brow tints, and lash lift/tints are no longer offered. Aesthetic Remedies also offers Core Remedies, a medically guided weight loss program utilizing GLP-1 medications such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, in collaboration with Dr. Brown of Southdale Physicians. This personalized program includes medical oversight, weekly check-ins, ongoing support, and maintenance care for sustainable, long-term results. Medical-grade skincare is a cornerstone of treatment at Aesthetic Remedies. AlumierMD professional skincare products are used during services and available for home use, with personalized skincare prescriptions tailored to each individual’s skin type, concerns, and goals. At Aesthetic Remedies, clients are cared for in a welcoming, judgment-free environment where education, trust, and natural-looking results are always the priority.
