L’ANZA Healing Hair Care Educator
A fourteen year veteran of the beauty industry, Eileen graduated from Mims Classic Beauty College with her Cosmetology and Instructors License. She developed and executed cosmetology programs in collaboration with L’ANZA Healing Hair Care, which had her traveling as an educator.
In 2014, while Eileen was developing a cosmetology program at a high school in Kyle, TX, she reached out to RDA Pro-Mart in San Marcos since she wanted to use L’ANZA products for the course. “The store owner came to meet me and brought a L’ANZA brand consultant with them. During the course of the conversation, the L’ANZA brand consultant mentioned to me that I would be a good candidate to become a L’ANZA educator”, stated Eileen. “I used to educate for the brand FHI Heat and for Mike Karg in the past so becoming an educator for L’ANZA would be a great opportunity”. From there, she grew a deep love for L’ANZA products.

Eileen feels very fortunate to have found her “hair family” in the L’ANZA brand, ” I love that L’ANZA is a healthy hair care brand. The more you use L’ANZA the better your hair looks and feels. It’s the first brand that I have fallen in love with the color and product line. I only use and sell L’ANZA. The product sells itself”.

Cosmetology Instructor and Behind the Chair
Eileen has successfully developed three cosmetology programs at three different high schools in Texas. She did all of this while still working behind the chair. “I did that for 3 years, now I only work for myself and educate with L’ANZA. Occasionally, I will sub at some beauty colleges or tutor to provide continuing education when called upon, ” states Eileen.
Eileen feels that being an educator with a brand, as well as her past experience as a cosmetology instructor, helps her grow as an artist and as a professional. Her clients also appreciate that she is an educator. “I take pride in my work, how I look and how I present myself. I am all about customer service, professional image, education, and healthy hair. Having a nice, consistent, clean, personable and educated stylist is what my clients love about working with me.”
Eileen boasts a clientele of local celebrities, “It’s very inspiring and I’m very honored to get to work with local celebrities,” Eileen says. “Everyone I’ve ever worked with has been so sweet and wonderful. Working with them has been a great way to network and build a community in the industry”.
Eileen also gives back to her community. In August she put together a back to school event where she gave free haircuts to underprivileged kids in the New Braunfels area to get them ready for the school year. It’s the little gestures of kindness that go a long way and make memorable impressions.

The Move to New Braunfels
“I decided to start my business inside a Salons By JC because I was looking for my own space- a place that I could customize and make entirely my own. The suite life seemed like an ideal fit. After looking at other salon suite concepts, what sold me at Salons by JC Forum was the concierge, Charlotte. It’s all about first impressions and customer service and she had me sold by being a fantastic concierge and overall welcoming person”, Eileen shares.
Eileen recently moved locations heading 20 minutes north I-35 to our Salons by JC New Braunfels location. “Though I’m sad to be leaving my awesome community here, I’m SO excited to see how much I’ll enjoy my new location at Creekside. I love having my own mini salon in a professional, welcoming environment!”
Deciding to move to a New Braunfels location now makes running her own salon suite easier for Eileen. “I moved here 3 years ago while I was teaching high school cosmetology in Kyle. The commute was getting to me and I needed to live in the middle of my salon and the school”, Eileen shares. It made perfect sense for Eileen to move her business to the Creekside location once her lease was up at Forum.
