A San Antonio-based salon franchise, Salons by JC, will be opening in late October 2015 at a brand new, state-of-the art facility located in the Target-anchored Newnan Crossing Shopping Center. Owners Jay and Meena Singh, originally from South Georgia, envisioned a business model that was cutting-edge, yet maintained a community-oriented, small-town atmosphere, similar to home. The Salons by JC business model helped them realize this potential.
The Salons by JC at Newnan Crossing will include 5780 total square-feet, with 31 suites including mirrors, shampoo bowls, chairs, cabinets for towels, hood dryers and roll carts for other tools and supplies. The average suite site is 110 SF and larger. Beauty and wellness services include hair styling, hair coloring, hair weaving, threading, massage, tanning/body art, nail care, aestheticians and permanent cosmetics.
Salons by JC’s business model allows the stylists to have their own salon name within the Salons by JC’s name, operate their own business and set their own hours.
