Ever since I can remember, I’ve had a passion for clothes and hair styling. I was born in Indianapolis and raised on a farm in the country. After training at the Aveda Fredericks Institute, I started my apprenticeship at a high end salon, Bobby Cooper Salon, in Indianapolis. I was fortunate to train and work at Bobby Cooper–one of the top 200 salons in North America. With 10+ years of experience in the salon business, I’ve worked with many brands including Oribe, Matrix, R&Co, Shu Uemura, Kerastase, Aveda, Davines, Äz. Throughout these years, I’ve continued my education in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York City. I love learning and will never stop growing. At Salt and Steel Salon, I plan to continue expanding my hair knowledge and to develop my team’s expertise to best support our clients. On a personal level, I love interior design, cooking shows, fashion and non-toxic skincare. Married in 2015, I’m a proud wife and a new mom as of April 2021. We’re an active family of 3, and we enjoy a very healthy lifestyle
