Salons by JC To Host Second Annual Owners Conference

Salons by JC is looking forward to hosting its 20th Anniversary Celebration and Owners Conference with an exclusive two-day event in Dallas, Texas. We are excited to see franchise owners from across the nation as we gather to celebrate the last 20 years in the beauty and wellness industry.   “Our conference is a great opportunity for our franchisees and the franchise support team to come together to learn from each other, and celebrate what has been a great 2018 at Salons by JC,” remarks Salons by JC Vice President of Operations, Drew Johnston.

Featured Speakers and Panel Discussion

This year’s conference will feature several speakers, one of them being Kim Becker, founder of Hello Gorgeous! of Hope. “I am so excited for the opportunity to attend the 20th-anniversary celebration for Salons by JC. I am looking forwarding to sharing the story of our partnership with Salons by JC and how doing good in the community can be good for the bottom line of your salon,” says Kim.  Since the February, Salons by JC has successfully hosted 3 Hello Gorgeous Days at their San Antonio and New Braunfels locations.

Our 2017 Panel Discussion proved to be a big hit, and we’re ecstatic to feature a select group of dynamic franchise owners to be a part of this year’s panel. More details on the panel speakers will be available in the coming weeks.  This is one discussion you don’t want to miss!

20 Year Celebration and Awards

To properly celebrate 20 years of Salons by JC, we will be hosting a 20th Anniversary Celebration on Sunday, October 21st at d.e.c. on Dragon from 7 PM – 10 PM. This event is open to all franchisees, their guests, and beauty professionals in the Dallas area.

The Owners Conference will begin Monday, October 22nd at 8:30 AM at the Addison Conference Center, kicking off the event will be the “Salons by JC Social” hosted by Marlene Romo Flores.

Social Media has evolved tremendously in the last 10 years and its main focus has been to afford the small business owner, who didn’t have a big marketing budget, the ability to be able to compete against the bigger name brands. I look forward to speaking to the owners at the conference and sharing my insights and learning from them as well,” Marlene says.

The conference will also crown a new Concierge of the Year.  Our 2017 Concierge of the Year, Jo-Lynn Greenman is now a our Salon Business Coach and has hit the ground running by visiting different locations across our spectrum of franchises.  “It’s been a wonderful experience to visit locations across the nation to provide support for our concierges and franchisees while gaining new insight into how we can continue to make our brand the best in this industry. I look forward to connecting, learning, and celebrating with everyone attending the conference this year.” Jo-Lynn shares.

In addition, honors will also be bestowed upon the Franchisee of the Year and the location with the Highest Occupancy throughout the year.

2018 has been a tremendous year for Salons by JC, and Vice President of Operations Drew Johnston looks forward to what’s to come. “The fundamental principles inherited from our founders and the hard work and spirit of our franchisees will undoubtedly lead us into greater heights over the next twenty years.”

President Steve Griffey explains, “We have a great program that will highlight the commitment to develop our Concierges to be a business builder resource for our suite owners, set a vision for things to come, and give voice to those that have been leaders in in our network from marketing, operations, and community involvement to mentoring others in their area.”
